Brad Wursten Airshows

Brad Wursten is a well-known name in the airshow world, recognized for his dynamic aerobatic performances and long-standing presence on the North American airshow circuit. Raised in Hyde Park, Utah, he caught the flying bug at age four during a ride over the family farmland, and had his private pilot’s license by 19 and commercial license by 25. At 26 he set his sights on aerobatics and trained under renowned airshow pilot Wayne Handley.

Flying under the banner Power Addiction Airshows, Wursten has performed at air shows since 2008 in his MX Aircraft MX2 — a purpose-built, high-power aerobatic monoplane capable of extreme roll rates and sustained high-G maneuvers. He’s logged nearly 4,000 flight hours across roughly 50 aircraft types, and beyond performing, is known for mentoring young people interested in aviation.
